A
library card is free to any resident of the city or county
of Pratt. You must provide proof of your current address in
order to apply for a card. Children may apply for a library
card as soon as they reach the age of five. A parent's or
legal guardian's signature is required for applicants through
age sixteen.

Out-of-county
patrons may apply for a card. An annual fee of $5.00 per card
will be charged.

There
is a $5.00 replacement fee for lost cards.

let us know it you change your name, address, or phone number.

Most
materials may be checked out from the library for three weeks.
New Fiction, magazines, children's videos, and all audio books
are checked out for one week.

Books
can be renewed unless there is a waiting list or the book
is an interlibrary loan.

Books can be renewed for one week.

Renewals
can be made over the phone or in person.

Art
prints may be checked out for four weeks at $1.00 per month
per print.

AV
Equipment may be checked out for one day.

Checked
Out? The library can reserve a book for you and give you a
call as soon as the book is available.

The
fine for late book and magazine returns is ten cents per day,
per item. Overdue videos, audio books, or framed prints are
fifty cents per day, per item. AV equipment is $1.00 per day,
per item.

Patrons
are responsible for all lost or damaged items.

An
after-hours book return is located on the wall to the right
of the north door.
