The PrattKan.com Mall is committed to customer satisfaction. At the same time, manufacturer's have imposed several no-return restrictions on us. As a result, it has been necessary for us to come out with the following return policy.
- 14 days from the invoice date a Return Authorization (RA) Number may be requested. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.
- If you have opened a hardware product and/or broken any factory seals, and if it is deemed returnable, you may return it for credit or exchange within 14 days. Please note all non-defective open box hardware returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
- Due to certain manufacturer's return policies, you will be required to contact some manufacturers directly to repair, replace or return their products.
- PLEASE DO NOT MARK ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX. All items must be returned with original packaging, including all warranty cards, manuals, cables, accessories, components, etc.
- All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty against defects.
- Unopened product, those with the supplier's factory seal intact, may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of your invoice date (if permitted by manufacturer's return policy), subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Any deviation from the returns process outlined above will result in a delay of your refund, an additional restocking fee, and possibly a refusal of your return.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments.
