by Santa Claus.
The
festivities begin at 2:00 p.m. with Santa arriving in his sleigh
to kick off the event. A variety of activities for
the children, vendors and baked goods will be set up on Ninnescah
between 3rd & 4th Streets. Entertainment by various local
musical and dance groups will start about 4:00 p.m. Register
to win prizes, donated by Walmart, for a girl’s 20”
Slumber Party bike, a boy’s 20” Wipeout Bike and
a Durabrand 5 CD Stereo System to be given away on November
17th. For the adults, Convention and Tourism will be giving
away a $500 Pratt Chamber Gift Certificate with the name to
be drawn by Santa that evening. Watch your mail
for a special Old Fashioned Christmas postcard with more details
or sign up at the event! At 6:00 p.m., Santa Claus
will ride over to Main Street to begin the lighting ceremonies.
The street will be closed during the event and seating to watch
the entertainment will be available.
