The Holiday Parade & Lighting Ceremony was held Saturday, November 23rd. There were over 50 entrants in the parade, with the winners being: Commercial Business: 1st - First State Bank, 2nd - Van Slyke Auto, 3rd - Lanterman Motors Civic/Church Organizations: 1st - Sacred Heart Pre School, 2nd - Free Methodist, 3rd - Our Diamond Miss Other: 1st - Pratt County Historical Society, 2nd - Miss Teen & Mrs. KS National, 3rd - Stephanie & Brooke Ott
First Prize is $60.00, 2nd is $50.00 & 3rd is $30.00 in each catagory. A big Thank You goes to Ninnescah Electric Cooperative & Stan Reimer Photography for sponsoring the parade. It was a great evening with a capacity crowd & lots of fun to start the holiday season. Date: 11/23/2002 |
